TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service.

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PolicyFuel website (www.getpolicyfuel.com) and describe the basis on which our lead generation services are offered. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. Purchases of lead packages are governed by the signed buyer agreement between you and PolicyFuel, which controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

1. Who these Terms are for

PolicyFuel provides lead generation services for licensed U.S. insurance professionals. This website and our services are intended for agents, agencies, and brokers who hold active insurance licenses in the states where they operate. They are not directed to consumers seeking insurance coverage, and nothing on this website is insurance advice, an offer of insurance, or a solicitation of insurance.

2. Lead packages and pricing

Lead packages are offered on a prepaid basis. The packages currently published on this website are:

  • Starter — 20 qualified leads for $1,700 prepaid ($85 per lead).
  • Growth — 50 qualified leads for $4,250 prepaid ($85 per lead).
  • Scale — 100 qualified leads for $8,500 prepaid ($85 per lead).
  • Custom — 100+ leads, quoted individually at $85 per lead.

The qualification standard is $85 per accepted qualified IUL Retirement Strategy Lead. Package contents, payment terms, delivery schedules, replacement or credit provisions, and any volume arrangements are set out in your signed buyer agreement, which controls fulfillment.

3. What "qualified" means — and what it does not

Leads are screened and qualified through an administrative process that applies the qualification standard agreed in your buyer agreement (including budget and interest criteria). Administrative qualification does not establish suitability, insurability, or certainty of purchase. You, as the licensed professional, are solely responsible for needs analysis, product recommendations, suitability determinations, illustrations, applications, underwriting outcomes, and policy placement. IUL (Indexed Universal Life) is permanent life insurance whose cash value growth is tied to the performance of a market index and includes non-guaranteed elements; outcomes are not guaranteed.

4. Service model

  • No monthly retainer and no ad-management fee. You pay for lead packages, not for our time.
  • We fund the advertising. PolicyFuel plans, launches, and manages the advertising campaigns that produce your leads. Responsibility for advertising spend follows your signed buyer agreement, including any self-reported minimum monthly advertising budget (currently $300 or more per month unless otherwise agreed).
  • Exclusive delivery. Each lead is delivered to one purchasing agency and is not resold to competitors, as set out in your buyer agreement.
  • CRM handoff and optional appointment support. Leads are delivered to your CRM where configured. Appointment support — scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and administrative follow-up — is a separate, optional service that must be agreed in writing and may be billed separately.

5. Acceptable use

When using this website and the leads we deliver, you agree to:

  • Use lead records solely for your agency's own licensed insurance sales activity, in the states where you are properly licensed and appointed.
  • Not resell, redistribute, publish, or transfer lead records or the underlying data to third parties.
  • Handle lead and consumer personal information in compliance with applicable privacy and consumer protection laws and the notices presented when the information was collected.
  • Comply with all applicable insurance marketing regulations and communications laws — including telemarketing, texting, and email rules — when contacting leads, and obtain any consents required for your follow-up communications.
  • Not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt this website or the systems behind our services.
  • Not misrepresent PolicyFuel, our services, or the nature of the leads we deliver.

6. Intellectual property

The PolicyFuel name, logo, website content, creative materials, scripts, screening frameworks, and campaign assets are owned by PolicyFuel or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them outside the scope of your buyer agreement without our written permission. Lead records delivered to you are licensed for your contracted use; ownership and usage rights are defined in that agreement.

7. Third-party platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms, principally Meta (Facebook and Instagram) for advertising and, where configured, your CRM for delivery. We do not control those platforms. Changes to their policies, pricing, or functionality may affect campaign performance and delivery timing. These platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolicyFuel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular volume of leads will convert into sales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolicyFuel's total liability arising out of or relating to the website or the services is limited to the amounts you actually paid to PolicyFuel under the applicable buyer agreement in the twelve months preceding the claim. PolicyFuel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost commissions, profits, or business opportunities. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you materially breach these Terms or your buyer agreement, misuse lead data, or fail to maintain required insurance licensing. Your rights and obligations on termination — including refund, replacement, and data handling — follow your signed buyer agreement.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply going forward from the "Last updated" date above. If you are an active client, material changes affecting your services will be communicated through the website or directly.

12. Governing law and disputes

Disputes between you and PolicyFuel are resolved under the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of your signed buyer agreement. Where no buyer agreement applies, these Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where PolicyFuel operates, and the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct discussion.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the strategy call booking form on this website or through your PolicyFuel account manager.
